Telephone calls from people claiming to be Microsoft Support
These are hackers. Call them back to verify that the number is working. Write down that number along with time of call, date and report it to proper authorities such as FBI Website for computer crime. I was a victim of this very same type crime. It would be a great help if Microsoft would accept these reports as it could lead to more success in fighting this type fraud.
