I am having the same problem with my Samsung S4. I sent it into repair 3 times and then went to Best Buy as recommended by Samsung Support and it still didn't work properly. I have had a horrible experience with a customer service department that cannot work outside of protocol to help resolve any issues with their phones. I could go on and on forever but I will end it here. My next phone is an iPhone as well.
