All the functions on washer work correctly but we have never been able go get more than 8 inches of water in the basin with the "Load Size" setting is on Super. According to another post on this site there should be 14" of water. GE has a site where there is a Owners Manual available and GE says there is technical help available but the technical help is a referral to a Service Tech. coming out to repair the problem. I cant afford $60 to $120 for a service tech to fix a problem that has existed since day 1. I should have brought it back to Home Depot on day 2. There are... More...
