Bj's Vacations Consumer Complaint
I purchased a vacation package from Bj's Vacations I requested and confirmed a poll junior suite with private pool staying at the Finest Playa Mujeres. My confirmation states 1 pool junior suite when we arrived we got 1 junior suite with spa or pool view which is not the same and the price is different. I was charged for what I wanted but did not receive it. When we called bj's from resort they were not helpful and they were suppose to email us in 24 hours with a resolution which they never did. once back in the states I spoke to rep who orignally booked the trip for me she stated...
