  • Disappointing Service



    I am an avid Samsung user and am highly disappointed with the service. i recent bought a Samsung Galaxy Note8 on a holiday trip in the UAE, the other day my phone dropped & cracked the glass and i contacted Samsung NZ to get a quote for glass replacement and they say because the phone has been bought out of the country they will not touch it. this is ridiculous what about international warranty. if i didnt love samsung so much i would have dumped it and gone and bough an apple phone right away.   • 4 month old samsung galaxy s7edge needed fixing



    I have a samsung galaxy s7 edge phone which is only 4 months old, had a problem so sent back to samsung they fixed it and it was factory fault. Iam not happy at all with the service, If such problems occur samsung should be replacing with a new one not fixing the phone because its not even 6 months old and already needed fixing so in future how long this phone will work for wouldnt have a clue..   • Faulty phone samsung galaxy j7



    Hi we purchased 2 samsung galaxy j7 phones a month ago. After 2 days we found that the screen was flickering. We came back to Auckland after a month and sent them the phone. They have repaired the screen now but won't replace it. My parents are heading back to india now. What if the phone gets the same problem again? Big question is why should we accept a repaired/faulty phone when we have paid for the brand new phone? More...

    I emailled the below this morning at 920ish and still have not received any kind of action or even some kind of email to acknowledge they will be dealing with this. Can someone please deal with my claim and complaint urgently. I would like to make a formal complaint about how my claim has been treated so far and about the faulty product.
