Faulty fridge and stove

We built our home 3 years ago.I was very excited to install these high end looking appliances into my new home BUT. After the first year our fridges water line blew. No one in the city of Edmonton was authorized to fix the fridge. My husband and I scoured the city to find the correct size water line and the other parts needed to repair the fridge. We had no success. The hardwood under the fridge was completely destroyed. I sent a letter to LG and have never heard back. Now the stove I chose for the new home has numerous cracks on the control panel. LG does not back their product. So to sum... More...
