  • Facing mental harassment due to staff of service centre



    On August 12, 2014, I am went to your Samsung Service Centre at Ug-26a, Somdutt Chamber-1, Bhikaji Cama Place, Delhi %u2013 110066 for replacing my hands free of my Samsung duos which is under warranty. There, service centre staff said that it is not in stock and i will come after some days. That time I was go back with the assurance of the staff that date is not a issue for replacing the same in my case because am registered a complaint (because my hands free warranty expired on August 14, 2014). They never intimated in any time by calling or SMS even I had been calling daily till August... More...
