Why would Gemstv cover your jewelers workmanship. Don't you read the terms and conditions or listen to their commercials? They are an auction honey, and they do not mass produce. So just because your finger is fatter than the standard size and you need it sized doesnt mean you have to blame them. Why doesnt your jeweler provide you a warranty because gemstv does even after they size it. Dont be dumb and maybe if you looked alittle more into things you wouldnt be complaining all the time. I bet you JTV isnt happy your coming back. You seem like a problem customer.

Hey LADY! It is an auction. Maybe you should put your credit card away and change the channel. Reality Tv is big these days havent you heard? Im pretty sure the rep who you spoke with told you the processing time and you were too shopping happy to pay attention, then when you realized you didnt have enough money you wanted to cancel. In turn making other customers loose out on the item. Instead of getting mad because they couldnt cancel, why dont you get upset with yourself because your stupid butt couldnt help dialing their number. They didnt tell you to remember?

There is no way you only returned 10 items out of 200. You have to have a 70% return rate and a 50% cancellation rate. So stop denying the fact that you were a horrible customer and that your mad that you can no longer purchase with this company. Maybe if you would have read the terms and conditions that come in EVERY single order, you wouldnt be so bitter and you would probably be still ordering with your greedy smile on your face. Get real lady!
