I have worked, managed, owned Convenient Stores for over 30 years. They called me in for an interview, and asked several times, could I keep up, as in days gone by, as well as could I handle today's technology. Never contacted me back, after three weeks, I called them, and they found a better applicant. I ran multiple units, designed my own POS system, in the store I owned for 10 years, as well as never hired an accountant for taxes, or payroll. I am only 53 years old, but got the impression Speedway is now age sensitive. This took place in Troy, Ohio.
