If you guys have a hp compaq 6720s check the motherboards

The system board that should be in this machine is 456609-001

the system board that came in it from the factory is 456604-001

Im still ewaiting to hear whats going to happen next....I got to speak to a human being today.....which is a first all I can advise is persistance I have a few numbers that might help

Comaq 6720s
Im having the same problems with the same machine and hp are treating me exactly the same way.
I have taken it upon myself to make their lifes hell through live technical support and by any other means i can find...
