Can you please tell me how you actually got them to fix your iPod and return it to you? There are a group of us who have been waiting for months to even hear back from the company, let alone get our iPods back. Thanks.

Thanks for sharing your comment. I have found another person via Facebook who is fighting with this company. I began working with the BBB in early June and still haven't gotten anything from NF.
