Yes!! Yahoo allows all types of junk to stay up, but then deletes things that someone else doesn't personally like. The rules are a joke and can be twisted to fit anything. Plus when your account is suspended; YAHOO DOESN'T HAVE LIVE CUSTOMER CARE REPS FOR THAT SITE! They just send back these generic replies, and don't even read what you said. I have written an UPDATED review to include all of the details I didn't add before. I didn't want some 10 page review, but since I am now being sent messages every single day; being told the same 3 users have made a new FAKE account and posting something stupid; I have no choice. The calling part of Magicjack isn't the problem ib42; that part works very well. The problem is the PC needs to be on 24/7. Even after I tuned the PC by turning off the hard drive, DVD-ROM, ect, it still uses a bunch of power. The other problem is the software. It nags you day and night! It is always popping up, unless you download software to hide it. Even then it still takes a while to lead at start-up. So yeah, you get cheap phone calls, and you get to be harassed by ads and pop-ups, all day, everyday, as long as the PC is on! Magicjack didn't need to put ads in their software! I already own it! And they could have created a router that has the same functions as a PC; so the user doesn't need to have the PC on 24/7! So it's good in some ways, and VERY BAD IN OTHERS! UPDATE 9/9/2008: More spam has been sent. This time it somehow got passed my Gmail spam filter. So even after all of the emails, calls, and complaints, Westernschools.com is just going to keep on spamming me. So now I think it is time to start filing some serious complaints with. I have also noticed that the number of "Death" clips has risen sharply on Youtube! These are videos showing Humans and Animals being killed, Tortured, ect. There is many reasons why they are on the site, but the ones that are truly making me sick is the Fetish Videos. Where an Animal is crushed, or eaten, because some sick piece of human filth finds this as a turn on! Even after I have reported these to Youtube, they can still remain up. Youtube doesn't give a **** about anything but money. And these videos are proof! So this just adds yet another horrible problem on Youtube! Palm also released a Treo PRO that NO wireless carrier has purchased yet! The reviews on the so-called new Treo's have been pretty horrible. I think others are finally seeing that Palm is a waste-of-space. I also found out that Palm outsourced the production of all new Treo's to HTC. So that means Palm has outsourced the manufacturing, customer care, tech support, billing, software, and even their forum support system. So there really is no Palm anymore. But they are still trying to bleed customers of their hard earned money! I used to love Treo's; back in 2004. But they haven't made an effort in upgrading their devices. But they still feel perfectly okay coning customers. So hopefully in a few years Palm will be bankrupt and going out of business!! I Hope, I Hope!! UPDATE: A woman from Sprint's Executive Relations Dept contacted me. First by phone, then by email. In her email she made notice that she saw that I was able to talk my way out of paying the full Early Termination Fee and the taxes that went along with that. She seemed annoyed by this. She said that those fees were legitimate. So I informed her that ((NO)) Those Fee's Were ((NOT)) legitimate. Firstly, the ETF is is something Sprint charged me, Not the government. It is a Punishment fee. So wireless taxes on that are ((NOT)) valid, because they did not cover service costs. Then I informed here that like everyone else, I had paid for my last month of wireless service with my very first Sprint bill. Because the customers has to pay a Pro-Rate fee of the service used for that billing cycle, then for the next month in advance. So my last month of service on the new contract was Paid-in-Full over a year ago. So if she wanted to get technical, Sprint owed me money. I didn't use my entire last month of service; even though it was paid for. So Sprint in reality owes me money.
After this e-mail I never heard from her again. I sent her two more e-mails. Just asking her if this case was closed. So I am guessing she didn't like the idea that I picked apart her argument and that is why I was able to get those fees waved in the first place. ((KEEP THIS IN MIND)) Since you already paid for your last month of service on your first bill, your final month of service should cost your ZERO dollars. So many people forget this and end up paying for service they never used, and that was already paid for. Wireless carriers like Sprint don't remind you of this fact though; so make sure you ask about it. And the ETF aka The Punishment Fee is a fee you are forced to pay; even when that carriers services have turned into trash. It is not a government imposed tax. So paying wireless service taxes on that doesn't make much since. Each carrier is different, but if you threaten a BBB, FTC and FCC complaint; they will normally back down and remove the fees.
So that is how I got out of paying the stupid Sprint ETF fees. And that is why this woman really didn't want to deal with me. But I'm not going to let some company push me around! So if you have been abused to the limit, then COMPLAIN EVERYWHERE ABOUT IT!!

UPDATE: A guy contacted my from Verizon's Executive Relations dept. It seemed like he was in a big rush and didn't want to spend too much time on my suggestions, but he did look into my feedback.
1.He stated as of now, there is NO plans of upgrading the quality of VCast clips. That there VCast is in line with other carriers. Which is false, but this is what he stated. In reality though, both Sprint and AT&T have better quality and offer lots of options to their TV/Clip plans. Verizon is still pretty new to the TV and Clip game; so they have room to grow. Sprint has been offering TV and Clips since 2003.
2. He also stated he is aware of the complaints of the lack of clips and updates to those clips and that Verizon might address this later on. He said he would contact me if and when these updates are made.
3. He also stated that VCast TV isn't theirs; which I knew that; it is Qualcomm's offering. So Verizon can't force Qualcomm to update the channels, but Verizon has recived complaints just like mine and Qualcomm is suppose to be addressing the lack of channels as time goes on. Which I really don't understand why it is such a big deal. Network channels are more then happy to offer their TV service to wireless carriers. And Cable networks have already made agreements with companies like MobiTV. So Qualcomm has a chance to offer the best mobile service service possible; I just don't see why they are so slow to offer better packages. MobiTV has a market cap of a few million dollars; while Qualcomm has a market cap of 90.88 BILLION dollars!!!! So it's not a money issue!
6. The HTML browser is decent, but not great. It takes a long time to load different web sites and has limits on what it can and can not do. It will also not let you see the full progress of the loading. So as your trying to scroll through a web page, it will seem like the page is done loading, but in reality it is not. So scrolling becomes slow and the progress unknown. So in other words, it is no Opera Mini, Which I would consider the Gold standard of cell phone browsers. Well,
the older versions of Opera Mini were Gold. The new versions with the Zoom-In feature are more like Copper. The browser also displays widows in 3 different formats (Standard, Screen Optimized and Text Only). Screen Optimized being my favorite. I just wish the rendering was cleaner and more stable like Opera Mini, or even Mobile IE. So the Voyager's browser is better then Palm's Blazer, but not as good as earlier versions of Opera Mini. So there is lots of room for improvement. It is a great start, but hopefully not the way it will stay in later versions. (The Verizon LG Voyager Is Such A Great Phone. It Could Be Perfect If They Added MP3, AVI, MPEG, Ect Streaming Support.)
Try getting a Cricket modem card. It is not unlimited, none of the carriers offer truly unlimited. But it cost $40 a month and has the same speeds as Verizon. They just lack coverage. But they are prepaid though. (Verizon AirCard not Unlimited for 60$ a month!)
I wouldn't suggest going with AT&T for their modem card plans. They cost more, the coverage area is very small and they also have the 5GB data cap limit. Sprint, as bad as their customer care can be, doesn't press their customers as hard when it comes to the modem card plans. AT&T is worse then Verizon, because they will cancel your service and still make you pay the ETF. (karenron)
