I would at least cancel your memebership if you haven't done so already so that they won't keep charging your card every month.

Hi Cynthia,
Your comment to my review makes me think that you think I am part of the company. I am Not. I am simply just writing a review to help people try to get their refund. Your comment is some what the email that I had sent to them to get my refund. I would email the company what you wrote in your comment. But maybe add that you are going to file a complaint with your police station. That's what I had to do to get my refund.
