Ever since I signed up for time warner cable I have encountered nothing but problems. While watching regular programing, not even on any premium channels, I would get "please wait" and the screen goes black. This can last anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes. I have called to tech support and they have sent someone to check the line. He said that it was interference with the line from the street. They sent a contract person who changed the line from the street to the house, which was supposed to fix the problem. Still having same problem. Really very disappointed especially after switching from Verizon, which has crap service. What does it take to fix the problem? This service won't last long if they cannot fix the issues.
