You're one of the few. My friend and I have all had horrible experiences w/ their customer service. They're always so rude and have this attitude like they're so much better than the customers

I'm w/ sephorasucks1. I'm not African American but there was one time where I went in wearing a band tshirt and I have gauged ears and they kept their eyes on me the whole time. I'm like I have money, I don't need to steal, just b/c it's a band tshirt doesn't mean it wasn't expensive... arrrgh it pisses me off

If you had "healthy ash blonde hair" then why were you getting it colored again in the first place? It sounds like a nightmare but your own vanity was somewhat to blame. Just go somewhere else or dye it yourself
