The Samsung products are premium priced but when you need service there is no service network for entire states. We suffered through numerous no shows from an out of state, none in ours, service company. Called Samsung Corporate sat on numerous holds , 2 1/2 hours to get blown... More... (Electronics)
I agree Samsung has no service network and calling the company is useless. Even getting beyound customer service to the executive team is hopeless. Promissed return calls are not made.Major chain stores should not sell there product. Service does not exist. (Whatever you do not buy a major Samsung Appliance)
