been taking off the card. Mind you tthat at their own policy, there is
not a set fee for payments. Minimum
fees are allowed and I normally pay
more than the minimum and this is
what should matter. Upon contacting
the company about this matter, they
stated that what they were doing
was being careful due to funding
problems (economy issues and prior
customers debt concerns.) In my
book, this is not good customer
care, to lump customers into one
category. This is exactly what they were doing and sadly not
having a clue on how they are only
hurting their business. I barely
use the card now. I have payed off my charge card and do not use
it anymore (unless I really have
to.)
