Sony Consumer Complaint
I had just bought a PSP and had problems getting an internet connection through my wireless router which is an advertised feature of the system. I called Sony for help but there was no prompt to speak to a human but I happened to know 0 works most of the time.

Not the company's fault but your own. You must be careful when buying products from an unrecognized company online. China is not full of sweatshops. Many chinese want to work very hard in a factory becuase it was better than life on a poor farm and if it was not for their efforts you wouldn't have the huge variety of cheap products you now enjoy. (Beware!!!!)
