0 i have really had it, after the long wait, my washer still isn't working, i have another appointment for this saturday again, there's nother else to do, i will be done had a heart attack if i keep up the anxiety, i really don't have a choice i did tell one service person that i would just take back to the store she told me if i did my credit would go bad for not paying for it, there really need to be a fairness act to cover we the people. i'm tired and weary, don't know what to do or which way to turn, when you call they don't have patience but they will call for the $119 per month, so selfish and unjust, i am just lost for words, i never would have thought i would be begging, but now i'm tired, if this is how you treat you customers, if that would have been me at the place where i worked we would be held accountable, conn's customer service special phrase, i don't know what to say, you need to call service, and when you call they they are deaf dum and ignorant, you never speak to a supervisor, they give you the go rounds, transfer you all over america, but again when they want their money they will call your job, well all i want is to be treated like a customer, all i want is quality goods and not broke down junk.
