i dont know if this helps but i have one and it works fine i have a dell inspiron laptop 32 bit vista system , and i have a friend that bought a magic jack and it would not let him register it he has a 64 bit vista system , i went and registered his mj on my computer and his now works fine wit his 64 bit system , hope this helps

i have magic jack and it works fine you also need a 1.5 meg internet speed or faster to have a good service with no static mine is just like a home phone no static and works great

i have a magic jack and it works fine but , i have a friend that i told about it and he has a 64 bit vista system and it would not let him register his number , so if you have a 64 bit system you will need to have someone with a 32bit system to register it for you and it will work fine, hope this helps
