once the box is opened it's not new... not matter what you think. I see an open box at a store, it's not new, it's used or display. I expect a % off, and I would speculate that you do as well... stop whining.

I think the issue is how you are storing your gaming system- I've had mine for three years and no issues- don't be a moron.
