0 i had purchased alaptop in 3rd may 2009 model 6530s sl no-cnu9084rv5. then i found lcd is having problem.i gave laptop to hp service on dt 07-09-2009.nearly 50 days has been passed but no response.such worse company & worse service it was never expected.

0 HP laptop service is very worse ,they are not worried about costumer compain due to reputation of company in worldwide.
