Bank of America Consumer Complaint
We lost our home in a fire the end of June 2009. Homeowners was great. They sent us our loss money fast, however, bank of America has been sitting on all our money since the beginning of Septemeber. We are going through the same thing. we lost our home in a fire the end of June, 2009. We sent BofA the money from homeowners. They have only disbursed 20%. That was the beginning of September. I have a house that is built ready to be delivered but can't as BofA won't release any funds. This is insane. they are the wost company ever. I have written emails to the president of the home loans division, etc. As of Today, we are still waiting for an answer as to when they will release the funds. (landsalmon2)
