0 Kohl's Cash is not legal money, therefore, if you returned something, and they gave you back the amount, minus the Kohl's Cash, you got back what you paid for it. Kohl's Cash is a coupon, therefore you lose that when you return the item.

Really not hard to understand. But I guess you expect them to let you spend $50, earn $10 in Kohl's Cash, then return the $50 and get to keep the $10 in Kohl's Cash. Yep, surprised they don't let people do that! OMG...SMH
