Crooks and robbers all of them! I've decided to stop doing business with circuit city and prefer to shop at the local smaller shops from now on even if it means a higher price. At least they are accountable to their customers and they CARE what people think of them.
(I bought a laptop from Circuit...)

Terrible experience, compete unprofessionalism! I can't imagine such a scene at my doctor's office - the local fast food joint maybe but not a medical professional. These people were clearly unhappy and need more than ice cubes. Were I in your position I would have happily received my copay back.
(If you ever need a urologist DO...)
