This is the worse Internet Service Provider. My Internet has been out for a week. I first called last weekend and the technician came out Tuesday. The Internet was still out at 5:00 pm after he left the complex. My Internet came on Wednesday Morning briefly and went out again. I need someone out to fix this problem immediately. I work from home teaching online classes, and I take courses online. This problem is costing me money and a host of problems. As far as I'm concerned this is a breach of the service contract I have with DirectPath. When you call they have the audacity to ask you log on to their website and file a complaint (I don't have Interne-remember)when a supervisor or manager is not available. I hate this company. Like so many of you this is the only Internet provider for this complex until July 2014. Thank God the complex management listened to the residents and managed to set up another provider.
