My Husband and I did everything including the fine print to follow your
Terms and conditions. We have been patiently dealing with this since 6/24/2013
sponsor was MWV. We send our deposit and
certified letter to you 06/10/2013. We received your letter a Letter 7/16/2014 stating that you were unable to find availability within your allotment to fill our requested travel dates. I have continued to follow thru and sent two more dates. We have received nothing from you. I have called and left several messages. A Maggie has called me twice once to tell me we have forfeited our voucher and to read terms E and F which do not to my human knowledge apply to us. I have had one gentlemen tell me that our voucher for Nashville in April. we have gotten conflicting answers and meggie refuses to explain anything that makes sense and to top it off with her Wonderful customer service she hangs up on me instead of letting me speak to her supervisor. If you can't or don't want to fill your part of the agreement you could at least give us our 100.00 dollars back. we did make the trip to check out what we thought was legitimate promotion. I read and heard on the phone that you are about providing the highest quality of customer service and you have showed us NO customer service.We shall see if you even reply,
