It's likely that no matter what company you put in google search...you're going to get crappy reviews. Because happy people have no reason to get on the internet and complain.

0 I will never understand why people don't read the warranty that comes with an expensive electronic. It says right on the card that the customer is responsible for shipping it. If you don't like that...return the TV...or don't buy it in the first place?
Plus...even if you have always had good "luck" with refurbs...it's a refurb no matter what. It's always a risk.
OH, and...I'm pretty sure westinghouse didn't "beat to death" your package before sending it. I'm pretty sure you can probably blame that one on shitty shipping companies.
