This is really terrible! Don't they have a backup plan? Don't they plan ahead?? I had a similar experience with my sister's wedding. I feel for you man! If you paid by credit card why not request a chargeback? That's the only way you can win your $$$ back!

I don't think Vista is all that bad, honestly but I do understand the fear of moving forward to new technology. We ALL hang back as long as possible but why should Microsoft pander to all those technophobes out there? Just learn the new tech and move on!!
