Good points yes but the frustration, you know!? The sheer frustration for those of us who have to learn this lesson because these kindergarteners decided to play internet startup....

I'm in the same boat. Hating Mediamax and their slimy ownership right now. Really wishing those guys would get their just deserts. Will anything come of it? Anyway, you guys SUCK.

Wow - are ALL OF YOU done whining now? I can't believe ANYONE would come in here and defend the criminal actions of this company that has so clearly upset many peoples' lives with their 'policy changes'. You're entitled to your opinion but in the meantime I am out my cash paid for account AND my files which mysteriously disappeared when they made their switch. The problem here is the lack of response - they just don't CARE. A responsible company would have worked double time to keep people updated as to what was going on and YES I did pay my bill on time, yes I DID expect my files were secure. If they're selling backup storage then it should be secure at least to some degree. What about all the people who don't really understand how it works and woke up one day to find things just GONE??? Defend them all you want, it's pathetic and you are so obviously a plant. Who else comes here to write a dissertation on how great Mediamax is???? PLEASE.

Of course you're right, and I do 'feel your pain'. I guess my point was that I get more angry at someone really out to hurt me, than at someone who is simply stupid.

I've also come to realize that if I went and beat up everybody that made me angry, I'd either be dead or in jail by now. (Although I have taken people to court a few times and got back what was mine).

But I've learned to pick up my marbles and channel the anger into lessons well learned - and move on.
