About your complaint with tvdvdworld. Stop wasting your time trying to get them to refund you. It will happen. And you are correct they are not in Florida, they are in Canada, and they were busted on Dec 19th by Canadian Police.
Simply contact your credit card company and reverse the transaction. Then when you are ready to get your DVD set, from a place that does deliver, goto http://www.the-dvdshop.com
