Why not just ask your credit card company for a charge back. Or better yet call them up and just scream that scream. That'll get em hopping. Probably the boat is stuck in inclement weather it takes a lot longer than you think to ship a product overseas by BOAT. There is customs in between at each port too. Be patient your thing whatever it is will come or just ask for a chargeback.

Why would you buy a dog from a puppymill when there are THOUSANDS of gorgeous friendly dogs and puppies in SHELTERS all over the nation waiting for loving homes. Shame on you!
