Absolute liars too. When they miss a pick up they won't come back for it before the next scheduled pick up. Customer Service consistently lies about how they'll be back the next work day before noon. It never happens. They keep putting it out by a day until the entire week has gone by. I'd like them to rename themselves "Waste Mismanagement." And even that's too good for the jerks who manage the local service.
(Do NOT use Waste Mgmt if you care about service)
