I am a customer of BTR for the last 2 years. I purchase a lot from them. Recently I bought a sunglasses "Tom Ford" but received absolutely different from my order, another words "wrong item". The next day the item was sent back to BTR, it was received on February 11, 2015. Today is March 22, 2015 and I still waiting for refund, they explain it as error, but too much errors:
1) the error in sending wrong item
2) the error in not processing in time of refund, NO FIXED PERIOD of refund IN RETURN POLICY!!!
3) the error that customer representative - Lucky Sarceno promised for refund the first time on March 11, 2015 then promising again on March 18, 2015 saying it was error...

BTR should change the business name for THE ERRORS on Rack that would suite to their current reputation.
