You are obviously gossiping about us and asking people to leave you reviews, or leaving fake ones yourself. Can't you act like an adult? I would appreciate the sincere apology I asked for before I remove my review. The apology should be specific, such as "I am sorry for [insert things that you are to blame for, such as not cutting our hair the way we asked, yelling at us, etc.]. This was a traumatic experience for me; you ruined my vacation, and the following weeks. You also ruined my friend's time, and I am horrified that I had any part in her having orange hair as she walked down the aisle for her university graduation.

Thank you for the educational experience, I have learned a lot about the BBB and a litte about business law. Because I have not had a situation like I had with you and Rosemary before, I think I will be better prepared next time. Please honor the agreement we have with the BBB, as I have.
