Please reach out to Paypal still as it is their vendor. There is a time limit so please do asap. Also reach out to your credit card compay or debit card company to initiate dispute of the charge for nonreceipt. Please be sure to give them the details so they don't have to go back and forth with you. Even if they were already paid they will investigate and take back the funds if the merchant does not respond. I hope this helps. good luck.
