I am having the exact same problem I spent $2869.00 on my warranty six month ago at Carmax who didn't notify me in anyway that they were selling this to the warraty group as a third party warranty. My truck has been in the shop in pieces now for almost four week and I can't even get the company on the phone The GMC dealer has ceased all future operations pertaining to any Carmax warranties or the warranty group claims now. They authorized teardown after 12 days and claimed they would take care of my rental regardless of being past seven days when I was about to turn in my rental and take the trick back it is now getting out of my financial means to take care of this myself due to daily costs I am encountering. I don't know what to do but would be glad to witness to a class action suit with anybody's attorney who is going to take on this matter. Clint Kiely 9137429171
