0 DirecPath sucks. Everyone who has the misfortune of being forced by their complex to subscribe to their "service" knows it. I had 3 "technicians" in 3 weeks come out to "fix" my internet service which only worked after midnight on weekdays! After they finally sent a real "technician" to fix it, they promised to credit me for all the weeks I went without it. After getting billed with no credit the next month, I called to remind them they "forgot" to credit me and was told they would issue a credit within 60 days, but I must pay my full bill now which included 3 weeks of no service! REALLY? I wonder if the employees of DirecPath pay bills for services they don't receive! I sure as hell don't. Kiss my azz DirecPath I hope you spend more than the $130 your trying to screw me out of trying to collect it from me. Im sure it must suck for your company to be the bottom feeders in your industry, but perhaps there are reasons for that you might address before your completely out of the game. You suck.
