Hi Trash93: I have resolved my issues with Brother (printers). If you can't resolve through their CS department write the president of the company and tell him what's wrong with your equipment. He is a very honorable man and will have someone in his office call you. Go to the Securities and Exchange Commission site and search for "Brothers Internation Corporation" then search for most recent SEC filings. You will find the officers of the corporation and their HQ address. Try this and let me know if you get help here? I've gone this route and it worked perfectly. Good luck.
