Can you give me the registry address for the re-installer for HP Spyware called Market Research? I can remove the spyware from the registry but it re-installes and locks the computer up. Tech support says that they do not have the registry address. I can send you pictures of the dialog box which comes up saying "Insert HP Market Research Disk" both from the screen and registry if you give me an e-mail address.
