Calling the attorney general actually does some justice. It has been 5months and I still have not yet received my mail and rebate. I was told that they had worn address and it will take 7-10 business days to come in the mail where is the Mai and rebate no where to be found... Be careful of this company because this is just a way to get to switch over to their company. Cricket wireless does not do a good job with satisfying their customers and the definitely do not keep their promise.Beware of the mail and rebate scam they will try and pull. And my suggestion to all do not go with their finance company get a unlocked phone from another company and then switch over.
('rebate" is fraud & scam)
