I had an appointment on feb 10th for my stove between the hours of 3pm to 7pm at about 6:30 pm i get a call to say the tec was running behind,and that he wont make my appointment and the next avalibale app.will be friday whitch is 3 days later, I called to speack to a maqnager i waited 30 min. on hold just to tell me that i cant get an app till fri,I asked them if i can have an app the following day an there responce was no, The manager hung the phone up on me thats the worst custamer service i have experanced in my life. I WAS A LOYOL CUSTAMER BUT AFTER THAT I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SEARS AGAIN AND DEFFENITLY WONT USE THERE REPAIR SERVICES,I'M GOING TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO SHOP THERE.yOU CAN NEVER TALK TO SOMEONE WHO WILL TAKE CARE OF YOUR NEEDS SO BE AWARE EVERYONE YOU DONT MEEN ANYTHING TO THESES PEOPLE
