I'm right there with you. This device started malfunctioning and draining my battery i called absolute interlock,where i got it installed, and he kept telling me something is wrong with my car. i told him what was going on and he said what do you want me to do about it. Very rude! Hee talked toy me like i was just some dumb woman who didn't know how a battery worked. I've had to replace 2batteries and an alternator in 1year since having this device on my cat.
