yardiac Consumer Complaint
I placed an order for post cap lights for my deck. After about a month, i contacted yardiac to find out the status of my order. i was told that it was on back order and was given a new shipping date. i patiently waited and when the new date came and went, i called again.... More... (Online Shopping)
I called them multiple times to get them to refund my card. Each time they said they were doing it, but my money was never refunded. After about the 3rd try, i finally got my money back. I ended up finding the same post caps at backyardamerica.com. They had them at my house 2 days after ordering! I should have used them to begin with. (This is a terrible company!)
