I have shopped at the family dollar in Winslow,AZ and i can honestly say this is the one store here that needs a serious clean up. Alot of the food is outdated, the employees are basically lazy, rude and unfriendly. DM Casey is manipulating management against whoever she considers a job threat, as well as using company time to do personal errands such as banking and running home to breast feed her child for two to three hours at a time. GM Victor started out good but didn't take long to become just like the rest of his crew. Messing around with hirees behind your wifes back is unprofessional and you shoyld set a better example. Especially in a small town whete everyone knows you. Then there is Jackie. Stop hitting up on the female customers and stop running to Circle K on company time everytime Casey needs a thirstbuster. You three have tagteamed every employee that came in with a good work ethic and got rid of them if they didn't become one of you. I think the best thing for our Family Dollar would be to clean house. Get rid of this sad disfunctional bunch and bring in a fresh new crew that could actually make shopping here a good experience again. Its no wonder Dollar General is doing so well here.
