t shirt late MerchNow Consumer Complaint
I ordered a tshirt 6 years ago. I received an email 3 weeks after the order that they no longer held it in stock but if I was willing to wait they would mail it to me. Two months later I get a different tshirt in a wrong size.

Ive had two bad run-ins with merchnow. the most recent one amazes me. I ordered two tshirts in April. I get an email a month later asking if I want two seperate orders because one is in stock. I said yes. two months later I recieved another similiar email. Neither tshirts arrived. I canceled my order and sent this reply email...
Yes I remember the previous email. I am frustrated that over the course of ordering many items online and through catalouges I have never waited more than a month to recieve items. If you guys press the T-shirts yourselves you need to include a caveat on your website allowing for the 2 months it takes you to get them out.
I actually purchased a T-shirt from you guys six years ago with the exact problem. Merchnow then proceeded to mail me the wrong size and refuse to refund my money.
Needless to say I am impressed with your selection of clothing and your ability to stay in business.

After telling a couple of friends and randoms at a show everyone had a story about merchnow. One kid even said they were in trouble for copyright infringment. (tshirts)
