I just finished my process thru Zap. They ended up using the private investors program for my condo in HuntingtonPark. They were able to lower my home from $308,000 to $160,000. They lowered my monthly payment from $2600 to $920 per month including my taxes. Overall I am very pleased to have worked with them. They just started to work on my brothers account as well. I hope things will work the same for him.
