This is very unlikely to happen and not get some sort of resolution from our customer service department.
Mr. "QWERTY" please provide me with an order# so that I may validate your complaint against our company.
I will await your response. If no response is made providing your name and order#, we can safely assume this is a defamatory bash against our company.

(COMPANY SUCKS ****)
You placed your order on April 23rd. We shipped you your order which were custom drilled for your sons car on May 3rd.
That is 6 business days.
I can understand if it's been weeks before we ship your order, but 6 days for wheels we did not have in stock and had to custom drill to fit your sons car seems reasonable in my opinion.
I apologize we did not meet your expectations and please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any more concerns.

I am sorry you feel that way about our company. Please accept our deepest apologizes.
When you placed your order online, the wheels you specifically asked for were out of stock. Our sales tech experts will always recommend an alternative wheel that is similar to the one in question.
We do this out of courtesy and most customers appreciate the effort we put in to find them some wheels that they will like.
Please understand that we don't manufacture Boss wheels, we are a distributor for them.
Also, I called The company you claim to have sold you the wheels for a lower price with better tires, and they do not even carry BOSS wheels.
