Sometimes items go out of stock. We have thousands of wheels in stock in warehouses in Florida, California, and Tennessee. I am sorry that the item you ordered was out of stock. As for your refund, banks which we cannot control have their own policies on how they refund credit cards. In reference to the brokerage and duties, I assume that you are a Canadian customer. In that case you have to pay your government taxes and duties to import goods from the United States. Was your issue resolved? We ship out hundreds of orders a day and on the rare occasion that we ship you the wrong product we promptly do a Return Authorization. FedEx sometimes takes a couple of business days to do the pick up. We hope that your issue was resolved by a credit if you desired it or with the correct wheels. Horrible company. im pretty sure they make money by buying bad wheels from the manufacturer and selling them at a profit. how can you not back up the manufacturer? if you looked at the damn wheels before sending them out you would notice there were pin holes in them. but now im suppose to pay to ship them back and since the wheel is not being made anymore, they can only give me 170 back and the wheels would be useless to me? how knows they'd send me the money later anyway? i hope they go out of business cuz i make sure to tell everyone i know not to do business with them. ill pay more anyday rather then deal with morons.

I ordered wheels online on sep,26,08. I called to get a tracking number and was told by roger that the wheels could not be sent out until wed, mind you I ordered the wheels on a sat. I called on wensday and was told the wheels could not be sent until fri. I called fri and was told the wheels were being sent out but not to call back for a tracking number until tues. I wish I would have read all of the negitive reviews before ordering through your company. 90% of the reviews were bad and very similar to mine. I'm hoping "roger" sticks to his word and the wheels were sent out. I want a tracking order sent to my e-mail address.ASAP

jon at wheelsnext could not tell you the truth if his life depended on it. he always tells you something different, until you finally end up cancelling your order and waiting 10 days to recieve your money back. never buy from wheelsnext unless you want to lose interest on your money.

received the wrong tires and additionally 2 wrong sized wheels.

According to their business practices, the salesman calls you after your internet order is placed to verify all information. I spoke to 2 different salesmen who both verified that I would be receiving "MASS LIP" wheels which gives me a larger lip on the rear vs. a smaller lip on the front. Neither of them updated my order so they sent me all 4 wheels with the smaller lip. Next I placed my order on Memorial Day weekend, I expected it to only get attention on Tuesday (5-27-08), they promptly contacted me on Tues to verify the info and started my order. By June 5 (Thurs) I had still not received any information about my order, nor had I received a tracking number. I called them and they said the order would be shipped. The following Mon (6/9/08), still no tracking number, I called again. They said they had received Kumho AST tires instead of ASX and the new ASX tires were already being installed, the tires would be shipped by end of day. They assured me I would receive them by Thurs the 12th, the day before I went in for some surgery. If they came late I couldnt install them for about a month. They came friday morning, they STILL had the AST tires installed, they had 2 of the 4 wheels incorrect. After I got out of my surgery I had to spend over an hour on the phone trying to prove to them that they sent the wrong items and they need to uphold their "I got the wrong merchandise" guarantee. I sent them the digital pictures to prove it and Brian the customer service manager said he would process it right away. It is now 6/23/08 and in 10 days he has still not supplied me a number nor has FEDEX stopped by to pick the wheels up. My last attempt to get information on 6/19/08 didnt even get a response. So far as I see it, I am out $1400 and I have a pile of crap sitting on my porch waiting for FEDEX. Good thing I didnt actually need the tires in order to run my everyday driver, or I would be screwed far worse than I am currently.

Oh yeah, they charged me an extra $40 because their deficient website screwed up. I believe I am still waiting to see that deposited back into my account also.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!
