Same for me our apts were just sold am hoping direcpath goes with them but according to direcpath nothing is going to change. I had no choice but renew my lease but Im moving out of my apt in March to get away from this. I cancelled internet a month ago so mot to give them $! I upped my data plan at Verizon and use my phone as hotspot and still saving money! My directv receiver went out this morn and directv said Id have to get directpath out this has been all day event and I still dont think they will show in 2 days
(THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH THEY WON'T BE IN BUSINESS LONG WITH THEIR SHADY SHENANIGANS !!)

Agreed Im moving out in march and will never rent another apt without asking this up front Direcpath has been the worst headache so much so I cancelled internet and use my iphone as hotspot to avoid paying them $! Verizon is getting my $ for more data and Im still saving $! Of course, 3 weeks after I get rid of internet my bedroom Directv receiver goes outvon weekend and they dont come out then! 6 more months and Im done!
